It's Almost Always Deeper Than You Think
The Invisible Ceiling Quiz
You're capable. You've done the work. And there's still something — a pace you can't slow, a visibility you keep declining, a pattern in how you lead, parent, or relate — that hasn't moved despite everything you've tried.
The Invisible Ceiling Quiz identifies which of four patterns is most active in you right now, where it's likely showing up in your life, and what it tends to cost.
I'm a PCC-certified subconscious mastery coach and hypnotherapist. For over a decade, I've worked with founders, senior leaders, and high-functioning people who keep doing the work — and keep finding the same things in their way.
Most of my clients arrive having already invested in coaching, leadership programmes, and personal development. They are intelligent and self-reflective. Some come in with a clear sense of what they think is wrong. Others can only say that something is off. Almost always, what's actually running things sits deeper than they've yet been able to reach.
That's where my work lives. Not in conscious thinking. In the nervous system, and in subconscious patterning formed before you had language for any of it.
Hi, I'm Helena.
It's almost always deeper than you think.
Most of my clients arrive with a working theory. They think it's a confidence issue. A boundaries issue. Something to do with their childhood. Something they've already named in earlier work.
They're rarely wrong. They're rarely all the way there.
What they've identified is usually a layer or two up from what's actually running things. The story makes enough sense to function — but not enough to release the pattern. Which is why they've worked on it for years and it still hasn't moved.
The actual root almost always sits somewhere they haven't yet looked. Often somewhere they couldn't have looked, because the pattern formed before they had words for any of it — in the nervous system, in subconscious patterning laid down in early childhood, well before conscious thought.
That's where my work goes.
Not at the surface. At the root.
How the work works
Most coaching works with what you can already see - your thinking, your goals, your strategy.
My work goes underneath that. To the stories running quietly beneath your decisions, the patterns held in the body, and the responses your nervous system runs before you've had time to think.
Together, these are what's actually shaping how you show up. Change them, and what's possible for you changes too.
Work With Me
1-1 Coaching
Private, deep work over five months. Long enough for real subconscious change. Short enough that you know when it ends. Sessions are shaped around what you're working with and where you want to get to.
Courses & Audios
Four rewiring audios - one for each of the patterns identified in the Invisible Ceiling Quiz - designed for daily listening over thirty days. Plus self-paced courses and Unbound: The Intensive, an eight-week live group programme.
Workshops & Talks
Experiential workshops for leadership teams, high-potential talent, and senior groups. Most leadership training changes how people think. This work changes how they lead — because it shifts what's running them beneath the strategy.
